Expression of Interest – Builders - Sydney Montessori School, Gymea

Ruth Newman Architect invites EOIs from suitably qualified builders for a new 520 sqm, two-storey Music and Art Building within an operational school campus.

Builders must demonstrate experience in education projects, live-site management, strong safety systems, and capacity to deliver projects up to $5 million. NSW base required. Contact tenders@sms.nsw.edu.au if you are interested and full criteria/requirements will be provided.

There will be a shortlist of up to five builders for the formal tender based on assessment criteria. Tender issue: April 2026 | Estimated Construction start: July 2026.
