Provision of Tree Planting and Tree Establishment Services – Panel

⁠⁠⁠Council invites companies to download RFT documentation and submit a tender for the above mentioned Panel contract.

All tender questions must be raised via the online forum in the etender portal and close 4 days before tender closing date.

Council intends to establish a panel of contractors to deliver tree planting and establishment services across Council managed land, supporting the ongoing expansion of Kingstons urban forest. This new panel will replace the existing long-term contract expiring in August 2026 and will help ensure consistent service quality, competitive performance, and continuity of maintenance for recently planted trees. The contract will support Councils annual planting program of approximately 3,700–4,200 trees and the essential 24-month establishment period required to protect this investment and increase canopy coverage across the municipality.
