Supply & Installation of Footpath & Retaining Walls at Webber Reserve

⁠⁠⁠The City of Melville is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake the Supply, and installation of proposed footpath and retaining walls at Webber Reserve.

The project is divided into six separable portions

Under this Request for Tender, the City reserves the right to award any one or more of the separable portions, subject to available budget in current financial year (2025/2026) and the next financial year (2026/2027).

To support forward budgetary planning and sequencing, the City Requests that Respondents provide:

• pricing for all six separable portions.
• Submit and indicative timeline and estimated duration for each separable portion.

This will allow the City to assess the feasibility of progressing each separable portion, should budget capacity become available.

The City may issue a separate Request for Tender for any sections not awarded under this Contract
