Alice Springs - Design and Construct of the Gillen Oval Multi-Sport Precinct

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Logistics and Infrastructure seeks a Design and Construct contractor to deliver a new multi-sport precinct at Gillen Oval, Alice Springs.

The scope includes completion of detailed design to construction - ready documentation, construction of irrigated multi-use playing field, change rooms, toilets, shaded spectator seating, site services, fencing, pedestrian lighting, car parking and associated civil works. Performance standards include compliance with applicable NT planning and building approvals, relevant Australian Standards, safe work practices and DLI's quality requirements.
