RFP Lismore Campus PC2 Lab Design

⁠⁠⁠Southern Cross University invites Requests for Proposals ("RFP") from suitably qualified consultants to provide full design and documentation services for the conversion of an existing laboratory space located at:

Building: Lismore Campus A Block

Level/Room: Ground Floor, Room A1.30

Approximate Area: 333. 66 sq/m

The project objective is to upgrade the current laboratory to achieve certification as a Physical Containment Level 2 (PC2) laboratory, compliant with:

•  AS/NZS 2243.3 Safety in Laboratories Microbiological Safety and ContainmentO
•  OGTR Guidelines (if applicable)
•  NCC (National Construction Code)
•  Relevant Australian Standards
•  Institutional laboratory standards and operational requirements
