Nambucca Valley Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from suitably experienced real estate agencies for the proposed sale of Industrial Lots within Stage One of the Valla Urban Growth Area (VUGA).
Nambucca Valley Council is preparing 13 x industrial zoned lots (Lots 2-6 and Lots 8-15) for sale off Red Ash Road, Valla. These lots represent the first stage of Council’s Valla Urban Growth Masterplan.
