Head Design Consultant - South Eveleigh to Waterloo Metro Cycleway, Alexandria

⁠⁠⁠Introduction

The Council of the City of Sydney (City) invites tenders for the carrying out of head design consultancy services for the South Eveleigh to Waterloo Metro Cycleway Project in accordance with this request.

Overview and Scope

The new cycleway will connect the separated cycleway on Henderson Road with George Street cycleway at Waterloo Station. The connection will provide significant safety and accessibility improvements for people riding and people who want to ride. This connection will resolve the discontinuity east of Mitchell Road.

The service and deliverables required in each stage are outlines in the Schedule of Services and include:

Stage 1 - Concept Design

Stage 2 - Detailed Design and Documentation

Stage 3 - Construction Stage Services

Tenderers must submit their response in the manner required by this document.
