Integration as a Platform

⁠⁠⁠This Request for Proposal seeks responses from suppliers capable of providing an enterprise Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) and associated professional services to support the establishment of WorkCover Queensland’s enterprise integration capability.

The scope of this procurement is deliberately structured into two complementary components:

- Scope A – Integration Platform (iPaaS), which relates to the provision of the integration platform as an enterprise software product, including licensing and vendor-provided product support; and

- Scope B – Professional Services, which relates to time-limited services to support WorkCover Queensland’s internal integration team to implement, enable and adopt the platform.

Suppliers are required to respond to both scopes as part of this procurement. WCQ will retain ownership, governance and day-to-day operation of the integration platform.

This approach is intended to provide flexibility to scale and adapt over time, while ensuring the platform and supporting services are aligned to our Integration Strategy and operating model.
