Tender Description
The scope of works is divided into three separate portions and aims to cover all requirements for materials and services required by Townsville Citylibraries services. It includes the physical collection, and electronic requirements including digital software and subscriptions to digital content and resources.
Council will supply successful contractors with cataloguing and processing specification requirements and relevant resources to ensure relevant materials are supplied ‘shelf-ready’ and records are uploaded into Councils Library Management System before delivery.
Contractors may submit for one, or all three portions, and Council may appoint individual suppliers or multiple suppliers for each portion at its sole discretion.
