Tender Description
This RFT seeks tenders for the supply of the following goods and/or services:
- A whole of government Human Resources Case Management System (HRCMS) solution that will deliver a contemporary, secure, and scalable case management platform and enable consistent HR processes across the whole of the Tasmanian Government.
- System Integration Services to manage the design, testing and implementation of the HRCMS across all government departments.
- The provision of ongoing help desk support services post implementation for a period of at least five years.
