Provision of Illuminated Street Signs

The City of Stirling (City) seeks Provision of Illuminated Street Signs within locations in the City of Stirling with annual fees for each sign installed payable to the City.

The Illuminated Street Signs will be the ownership of the Contractor and as such, all costs associated with the Provision, Design, Construction, Installation, Operation, Removal and Maintenance of Illuminated Street Signs shall be the sole responsibility of the Contractor.

Illuminated street signs provide advertising benefits to local businesses and provide the City with an opportunity to have street names displayed in an illuminated format. The signs also contain the City’s logo and space on the sign to provide direction to community facilities or community messages. The advertising component of these signs provides an opportunity for businesses to advertise in a professional appearance other than on the property on which the business is located.

Basis of Contract Award

The City intends to award a Contract to one Tenderer and reserves the right to award contracts to multiple Tenderers if deemed appropriate.
