On Demand Bulk Furniture (Lounge Suite) Collection Services Trial

Due to accessibility limitations with loading larger furniture items into skip bins, the City is looking to enhance its service provision and is seeking responses from suitable qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of lounge suite collection services.

This service will initially be on a trial basis, with a contract term of one (1) year and one optional extension of one (1) year. The initial contract is intended to commence 1 July 2026.

The City requires the collection of lounge suite items from residents within the Collection Area and the conveyance and discharge at the City’s nominated facility for processing.

Basis of Contract Award

The City intends to award a Contract to one Tenderer and reserves the right to award contracts to multiple Tenderers if deemed appropriate.
