Install Fencing at Icon Water Sites – Open Tender

⁠⁠⁠Icon Water invites suitably qualified and experienced fencing contractors to submit a Tender to construct new perimeter security fencing.

Icon Waters existing fences require renewal due to age, deterioration, or non-compliance with current standards. There is approximately 4.2 km of perimeter fencing (including Chainlink, Garrison, and Palisade styles).

Tenderers should note, this procurement will be delivered through a two-stage parallel Tender process, consisting of an Open Tender (Tender A) and Confidential Tender (Tender B), which will run concurrently.

Respondents to this Open Tender are required to review the Tender documentation, undertake a self-assessment of capability and suitability, and if interested in submitting a response execute the Confidentiality Deed (Appendix C) and return it to the Icon Water procurement team via email at procurement@iconwater.com.au.

The completed Confidentiality Deed will be reviewed by Icon Water to confirm correct execution and compliance. Upon confirmation of a correctly executed Deed, Tenderers will be provided access to the Confidential Tender documentation and will need to submit a response by the date detailed on the front page of Open Tender (Tender A) to be considered.
