Project / Background:
Central Coast Council is seeking Tenders for the engagement of a suitably qualified and experienced Construction Works Contractor for the works to Design, Development and Construct of Sports Amenity Building at Kariong Oval, Kariong NSW 2250.
The Kariong Oval Amenities Upgrade project is to enhance the existing community infrastructure through the design and construction of a new clubroom, a fourth changeroom, additional storage space, and connecting concrete footpaths.
Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering into a Contract with the preferred Tenderer.
