Chambers Roof Repair - Torres Shire Council

• Torres Shire Council is seeking tenders for roof rectification repairs for several sections of the Council Chambers roof.

• There is telecommunication infrastructure located across the rooftop. The contractor is to allow for coordinating works in conjunction with Torres Shire Council’s communication contractor, Fourier, regarding the relocation and reinstatement of the telecom infrastructure ( TSC will engage the communication contractor )

• The contractor is to allow for decommissioning and removal of redundant Air Conditioning Units and platforms.

• The contractor is to allow for decommissioning and removal of redundant solar panels and support frame.

• The outcome Torres Shire Council is seeking is to eliminate water ingress into the administration and Chambers areas of the building. These areas are labelled on the following reference documents;
