AMSA is seeking a qualified service provider to design, build, test and deploy a modern Windows 11 Managed Operating Environment (MOE) to replace the existing on‑premises Windows 10 SOE managed via SCCM/MECM.

The engagement will deliver discovery and assessment, target‑state MOE design, implementation in Intune with Autopilot and security baselines, application packaging and migration from SCCM, testing/UAT, rollout to production endpoints, documentation, and knowledge transfer to BAU teams. The solution must align with the Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM) and uplift against the ACSC Essential Eight to Maturity Level 3 for endpoint configuration.
