Expression Of Interest - Construction of New Classroom Building

On behalf of Catholic Education Northern Territory (CENT), Ashford Lamaya Architects is inviting expressions of interest from experienced and Northern Territory-based Contractors to construct a new two-storey classroom building at Mackillop Catholic College in Farrar NT, under a Design and Construct contract following 60% design documents.

Successful applicants will be provided with a full tender documentation package the week of 16th March 2026, with a 3 week tender period.

Construction is anticipated to commence by June 2026.
