Expression Of Interest - Construction of Classroom Extensions

On behalf of Catholic Education Northern Territory (CENT), Ashford Lamaya Architects is inviting expressions of interest from experienced and Northern Territory-based Contractors to construct 4 new classrooms and associated spaces as an extension to Mother Teresa Catholic Primary School in Zuccoli, NT, under a traditional Construct Only tender.

Successful applicants will be provided with a full tender documentation package the week of 16th March 2026, with a 3 week tender period.

Construction is anticipated to commence by April 2026.
