⁠⁠⁠Power and Water’s Technology landscape comprises of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments (applications, systems, infrastructure, network, hardware). Power and Water operates critical infrastructure and requires access to a broad range of specialist and generalist technology capabilities to support business operations, regulatory obligations, cybersecurity requirements, and long-term digital transformation objectives.

Power and Water is seeking to engage suitably qualified and experienced technology service providers for strategic partnerships for multiple categories within Technology. Power and Water aims to modify its approach to sourcing technology services from bespoke contracts for small bundles of work to enterprise-level strategic arrangements across ICT and OT environments.

This Request for Tender (RFT) is an open-market engagement, offering an opportunity to small-to-large technology service providers to participate and provide best-in-class technology and commercial solutions to Power and Water.

This Request for Tender (RFT) covers five categories across ICT and OT services. The anticipated spend across the categories depends on the supplier capabilities and the final scope awarded to the suppliers. The tentative breakdown of the anticipated spend is as follows:

Category A

Application Maintenance and Support (AMS)

$5 – 15m

Suppliers’ capabilities will determine the applications, projects and licenses

Category B

Core Capability Program (CCP)

$10 – 20m (for 2 years)

Suppliers’ capabilities and delivery model for Oracle, Maximo and future projects will determine the actuals

Category C

Infrastructure and Database Services (IDS)

$1 – 5m

Support for BAU work and project support will determine the actuals

Category D

Cybersecurity (CS)

$10 – 20m (for 2 years)

Contingent on final requirements for SP-2 capability uplift

Category E

OT & SCADA Services and Equipment Supply (OT & SCADA)

$7 – 10m

Contingent on future projects pipeline
