Upgrade the bus stop to a service hub in Yuelamu

The project involves upgrading the existing bus stop area into a community service hub to improve safety, and accessibility near key community facilities including the health clinic, school and aged care centre.

Works include landscape improvements, paving and surfacing, installation of seating, bollards and installation of solar lights, traffic management including speed bumps and line marking, signage installation, and civil and stormwater works including swales, pavement profiling and reinforcement as per the design documentation. The design intent is to improve traffic management and clearly delineate pedestrian areas from vehicle movement zones through the use of traffic control devices and bollard barriers.
