Open EOI - HVAC Maintenance Services

⁠⁠⁠Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS) invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit an Expression of Interest for the provision of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) maintenance services across its portfolio.

The purpose of this EOI is to identify capable service providers with demonstrated experience in delivering preventative and reactive HVAC maintenance services within comparable environments.

The EOI process will assess respondents' capability, capacity, technical expertise, compliance, and ability to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective services.

Please ensure you note the key dates for this EOI. Submissions must be lodged electronically by the specified closing date and time. Respondents are responsible for ensuring their submissions are completed and lodged in accordance with the key dates and the prescribed lodgement requirements.

Respondents must allow sufficient time to complete the upload and submission process. SCS is unable to re-open the electronic tender box once the closing date and time have passed.
