Supply of Performance Health Practitioner Services (Physiotherapy) – Swimming (Sunshine Coast)

⁠⁠⁠This contract will suit a qualified Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist.

The Contractor will provide physiotherapy services to categorised podium, developing and emerging athletes within the QAS Swimming program. Services will be delivered at the Sunshine Coast hub, based at the University of the Sunshine Coast, Sippy Downs, and other affiliated training facilities. The Sunshine Coast hub supports both Olympic and Paralympic Swimming athletes. This Contract will have a primary focus on providing physiotherapy services to Para-athletes. The Contractor will also contribute to the development of strategies that support exceptional high-performance outcomes.

The services are to be provided for an equivalent of two days per week, which may be scheduled flexibly to meet program and athlete requirements. Services shall be provided for 48 weeks in each 12-month period.

The proposed contract is for an initial term from 13 April 2026 to 28 February 2027, with an option to extend for a further 2 years till 28 February 2029 at the discretion of QAS.

Responses are sought from individual practitioner/s who have the appropriate qualifications, experience, expertise and capacity to provide the required services.
