City of Adelaide City User Profile (CUP) Survey 2026 to 2028

The objective of this project is to provide CoA with updated information on how the City is used, by whom and how often. More specific objectives include:

2.1 Determining the demographics and behavioural profile of city users (including workers, students, residents and visitors);

2.2 Collecting data to monitor objectives in the City of Adelaide’s 2024-2028 Strategic Plan and other plans and strategies;

2.3 Collecting data to monitor performance measures on a range of Council services;

2.4 Collecting data to inform strategy and policy development and service delivery in specific topic areas such as transport, sport and recreation and safety.
