Tender Description
Council invites suitable consultants to provide a quotation for design of a permanent, fixed atrium structure for the Barn at Rosny Farm that replaces the existing temporary solution, providing a safe, secure, and functional interface between the external forecourt and the multi-use arts space.

PRE-QUOTATION SITE MEETING
For clarification of the Works, a pre-Quotation site meeting is scheduled for Wednesday 18 March at 3pm on-site at the Rosny Farm (1/22 Rosny Hill Road).
Because of the nature of the work (explanation of work), attendance at this meeting by the Respondent is mandatory. Respondents who have not complied with this requirement shall not be considered.
Those intending to attend this meeting are requested to inform the contact person nominated on the front cover of this Quotation Document prior to the meeting.
