Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Level 2 and level 3 Managed Support Services for Sectorlink Applications.
Project goals
1. Ensure the ongoing availability, stability and security of in‑scope Sectorlink systems and applications to support uninterrupted access to critical NSW Government services.
2. Establish a reliable and responsive Level 2 and Level 3 managed support service for in‑scope infrastructure and applications, providing timely incident resolution and effective problem and change management.
3. Improve operational maturity and service management capability through consistent processes, accurate documentation, transparent reporting and continuous service improvement.
4. Enable a structured transfer of knowledge and capability to the Department over the contract term, reducing dependency on external providers and supporting longer‑term sustainability.
