Creative/Visual Designer

Requirements

The Visual Designer will be responsible for:

• Creating and maintaining a range of information materials for participating organisations to support education, transition, and implementation of ICT projects, including content on policy, legislation, data, ICT, and change management;
• Transforming complex or technical information into clear and engaging visual communication products, such as diagrams and infographics;
• Contributing to high-level reporting tasks, including governance documentation and executive or ministerial briefing papers;
• Providing expert creative advice and solution design and actively participating in key meetings
• Collaborating on projects to deliver timely, high-quality design solutions that meet organisational standards
• Ensuring all published materials comply with WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines and Digital Transformation Agency recommendations;
• Adhering to DEWR corporate branding principles and maintaining consistency across all outputs
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Undertaking additional duties or responsibilities as directed by the supervisor.
