3 Bin Service Mailout

This mailout is to advertise alternative waste services for properties that have opted for a weekly red-lidded service.

There are two different mail outs (LG24W and ST14W) which have distinctive letters and flyers that need to ensure are correctly corresponding.

There are total 8020 properties. We will need to mail out in batches of maximum 1000 per week. This will allow us to manage the influx of enquires through our Council channels.

Herein is a draft letter and one of the two DL flyers that would be included in each letter

The mail out will include a letter addressed to property owner and a flyer.

• address data merged and printed onto council letterhead shell (90gsm double sided colour)
•  one DL flyer (150-170gsm silk, double sided colour, folded to DL)
•  DLX envelope (double sided colour)
•  all addresses separated into LG24W and ST14W lists will be provided at the start, notifying which DL flyer matches which list in excel spreadsheet
•  Postal Date : W/C 23 March starting with LG24W, then ST14W addresses in lots of 1000 until posted
