HVAC Servicing and Maintenance (Air-Conditioning)

The Shire of Augusta Margaret River (Shire) is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Air Conditioning Contractors for the provision of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) servicing, maintenance, and minor works across Shire of Augusta Margaret River facilities.

The Principal requires the services of an efficient, professional, and suitably qualified Mechanical Services Contractor with demonstrated knowledge and experience in the operation, servicing, and maintenance of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, including those operating under Building Management Systems (BMS). The Contractor will be responsible for undertaking the following core services:The Shire of Augusta Margaret River (Shire) is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Air Conditioning Contractors for the provision of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) servicing, maintenance, and minor works across Shire of Augusta Margaret River facilities.

Scheduled Preventative Maintenance

Delivery of routine servicing of all HVAC equipment in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, Australian Standards, and industry best practice.

Reactive Maintenance

Timely investigation and rectification of faults, breakdowns, and system failures to ensure minimal disruption to facility operations.

Replacement, Upgrade, and Installation

Supply and installation of new HVAC components or systems, as well as upgrades or replacements where equipment has reached end-of-life or is no longer fit for purpose.

Reporting and Documentation

Provision of comprehensive service reports, compliance records, quotes, and supporting documentation following all maintenance activities.

The Contractor will be required to provide all labour, plant and equipment, materials, chemicals, transport/cartage and anything else necessary to carry out the service required under the proposed Contract.

Tenders close at 2.00pm (AWST) Wednesday 8 April 2026. and submissions must be fully received by this time. Shire of Augusta Margaret River is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit Shire of Augusta Margaret River staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal.
