Tender Description
The Natural Hazards Commission (NHC) intends to appoint external investment managers to manage assets of the Natural Hazards Fund, as part of the implementation of NHC’s Statement of Investment Policy and Objectives. The Fund will be managed in accordance with an investment strategy focused on long term sustainability, liquidity, and value for money, with day to day investment management outsourced to suitably qualified and experienced managers.
This ROI is the first stage in our selection process and is open to all parties who meet our preconditions. Responses should be submitted as written documents via the etender portal, the format is otherwise at your discretion.
NHC expects to:
• Invite shortlisted suppliers to a Request for Proposals (RFP): 9th April 2026
• Have contracts in place and commence investment management services: 1 July 2026
