Project goals

Regional Growth NSW Development Corporation (RGDC) is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the engagement of a Principal Design Consultant to undertake the detailed design and associated technical specification documentation for the proposed extensions of water and sewer mains in Jindabyne.

Scope

The scope of services includes optioneering of two options for the water main extension and two options for the sewer network extension, preparation of concept designs and cost estimates, and completion of all necessary site investigations. These investigations will include, but are not limited to, topographical surveys, geotechnical investigations, and locating all existing services along or adjacent to the proposed pipeline route.

The RFT process is being managed under the Two-Envelope system. The tender schedules are marked as Envelope 1 Non-Price and Envelope 2 Price. Refer to the section "Opportunity requirements".
