Expression of Interest for Office Space: Hobson Place, Mitchell

⁠⁠⁠Maranoa Regional Council is progressing plans for a new community facility at the old Dance Studio site in Cambridge Street, Mitchell. We are seeking Expressions of Interest from local businesses, community groups and residents who may wish to use the spaces that could become available.

Our goal is to create a facility that is practical, fit for purpose and something the Mitchell community can be proud of. By letting us know how you might use the space, you will help Council better understand what types of facilities are needed as we move towards finalising the design.

Please note that submitting an Expression of Interest does not guarantee access to or allocation of space. The information gathered will be used to guide planning and design decisions for the project.
