RFP - Real Estate Agency Services for Don McKinnon Drive, Auckland

Kāinga Ora is looking for a real estate agency (Auckland based or extensive experience in the Auckland market) to manage the marketing and sale of a large piece of vacant commercial land (1.6ha approx) in Albany, Auckland. The sale of this land is part of our renewed focus on being a financially sustainable social housing provider.

The successful respondent may also be used on a direct source basis for any additional packages of land (over & above the Don McKinnon site) that may come up for divestment in the future within the Auckland region, if Kāinga Ora is satisfied with the services provided for Don McKinnon Drive & it considers it appropriate. Kāinga Ora offers no guarantee there will be any more opportunities outside of the Don McKinnon site.
