Provision of Bitumen Spray Sealing Services

⁠⁠⁠PURPOSE: Participating Councils in the Orana Region require experienced and qualified contractors to provide Bitumen Spray Sealing Services on an "as required basis" at locations within the various LGAs. This contract will be for a period of 36 months from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2029 with provision for 2 x 12-month extension options.

INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box before the deadline at 10.00am on 31 March 2026.

Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document.

Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer.

Tenderers are advised that the participating Councils are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
