West Lane Car Park Solar: Design and Construct

The design and installation of a 50kW solar PV system and associated roof remediation work at West Lane Car Park.

The site of works is the West Lane Car Park, located at 12 West Lane, Darwin City NT as shown in the below locality plan.

Generate on-site renewable energy to offset daytime loads associated with cooling of commercial common area, parking operations, reducing grid draw and emissions.

Maximise solar energy yield within current and future site constraints.

Meet or exceed compliance with current relevant Australian Standards, regulations, Clean Energy Council and Regulator requirements, and local Distribution Network Service Provider (DNSP) requirements for grid connection.

Meet or exceed compliance with current relevant Australian Standards in regard to cyclonic conditions (IL 2) and lightning.
