Expressions Of Interest - Lease of Land in Aramac

Barcaldine Regional Council invites expressions of interest for leasing the following Council owned land for stock agistment purposes (horses) on the following conditions:

1. The lease term will be for 12 months - with the possibility of extension (additional 12 months).

2. Successful applicants will be responsible for watering of stock and maintaining all fences, watering points and other infrastructure.

3. Council will have right of access to the property for maintenance works required on the land.

Land available for lease:

1. L4.A1841 - block of land surrounding the Aramac Sewage Treatment Works, Aramac-Muttaburra Road, Aramac QLD 4726.

Applicants must provide the following information:

1. Price offered to Council for the lease of land
2. Ownership of stock
3. Property where stock are coming from
4. Total number of stock requiring agistment

The successful applicant must also complete an ‘Application to Departure Cattle / Horses on Town Commons’.
