Playspace Renewal at Mutch Park, Pagewood

•  Remove and dispose of existing play equipment and salvage the see-saw for re-use.
•  Remove existing mulch play softfall and spread to garden beds within Mutch Park.
•  Protect all existing trees
•  Relocate felled large logs for use within the nature play area.
•  Minor grading and earthworks.
•  No off-site disposal of excavated material/soil. NOTE: possible off-site disposal of soil, after soil testing, may be required for 1 or 2 shade pole pule footings.
•  Develop a site specific Soil Management Plan
•  Supply & install new play equipment
•  New certified wetpour rubber and compliant mulch playground under surfacing.
•  New park furniture and shade sail.
•  New path connections.
