Recurring Services - Facility

Note to tenderers: The LO has been operating for several years, a significant amount of infrastructure has been invested into the Leased Facility. There is a preference by the Commonwealth that the current Leased Facility will be used going forward by virtue of a lease between the Landlord (owner) and the Contractor that is successfully awarded the Contract.

2.1.1 The Contractor shall provide Services at the location directed by the Commonwealth Representative in Patuxent River, Maryland. With a Facility address of Suite 100, 22289 Exploration Drive, Lexington Park, Maryland, 20653 USA.

2.1.2 The Contractor shall provide Facility Services including provision of the LO Facility by executing a lease agreement with the Landlord for the duration of the Term.

2.1.3 The LO Facility comprises of:

a. individual office for at least one staff member;

b. an entrance lobby with seating for one staff member;

c. general office workspace for 20 staff members;

d. a separate and secure room for IT server equipment;

e. a storage room;

f. a kitchen area with pantry; and

g. a conference room that can accommodate meetings of 30 people.
