Tender Description
Public Trustee requires the services of an external provider (or providers) to perform residential property inspections on behalf of its customers.
The suppliers will be required to:
- Establish and manage a program of inspections
- Make inspection arrangements with PT clients
- Advise PT of any client contact issues
- Undertake property and pest inspections
- Prepare inspection reports
Properties are located across metropolitan and rural South Australia with a small number of interstate properties
