Update received from the Issuer on 22/05/2026 advising that "No Winner The Ministry of Social Development (the Ministry) is no longer able to proceed with this procurement. Following the confirmation of our budget for the upcoming financial year we have decided to prioritise the limited funding available and redirect it into services more directly aligned to placing people into employment opportunities. The Ministry is therefore cancelling this procurement under Section 6 of the RFP Terms, in particular Section 6.22.a.i. which provides “The Buyer may amend, suspend, cancel or re-issue the RFP, or any part of it, so long as it notifies the Respondent.”
