ROI - Main Building Contractor for Browns Bay School - Blk 10 Toilet Refurbishment

The student toilets in Block 10 are in poor condition requiring a full refurbishment. This is to include replacement of the hardware, sanitary ware, vinyl flooring, partitions, Seratone wall linings and lighting.

Works to involve:

• Remove and disposal of hardware, sanitary ware, and partitions

• Removal and disposal of existing vinyl. Inspection of the flooring and remediate as required

• Replace with new vinyl (works to include all coving and floor preparation as required)

• Supply and install new hardware and sanitary ware

• Provision of passive / mechanical ventilation as deemed necessary

• Supply and install new partitions

• Supply and installation of new lighting

• Installation of Seratone wall linings over the existing Gib linings

• Works to include provision of suitable mixer taps, running of all necessary pipe work and make good to all areas as required
