Tender Description

Acceler Project Management in partnership with Coast2Bay are calling for Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified building contractors for the Design & Construction of a 25 x unit social housing project.

To be considered for this EOI you must have:

1. Experience in delivering design & construct Social Housing & Government funded projects.

2. Availability to tender the project commencing late April 2026.

3. Safety, Environmental & Quality management systems (prefer 3d party certified).

4. Recent experience delivering comparable projects in the region.

5. Suitable QBCC license
