The intent of this opportunity is to establish a contemporary, well-managed café that contributes positively to the overall amenity, vibrancy, and functionality of the building and its surrounding precinct.

The successful respondent will be responsible for designing, funding, and delivering a compliant and aesthetically appealing fit-out, as well as managing all aspects of day-to-day café operations.
