⁠⁠⁠Cairns Regional Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced respondents for the Basis of Design (BoD) and provision of documentation to issue subsequent Design & Construct tenders for the delivery of works at the following five (5) sewage pumping stations for Consultancy CRC-1019 FY25/26 SPS BoD Package 5: Marlin Coast and Northern Catchments - SPS CB3, HB2, HB3A, HB5 and PC1

Enquiries: Tender enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close five days prior to the closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.

Site Inspections: Site inspections for all pump stations will be held on 5th March 2026. Site inspections are optional.

Lodgement of Submissions: Completed responses must be lodged by uploading the submission to Tendering portal, using the response forms within the tender documentation.

We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your tender submission files at least two (2) hours BEFORE the tender closing time.

Closing Time and Date: The tender closes at 4:30 PM, Tuesday, 24thMarch 2026. Submissions must be fully received by this time. Late, verbal or emailed tenders may not be accepted and will be subject to Councils sole discretion.

Submissions will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Council reserve the right to change the specifications prior to making a decision on the submissions received in response to this invitation.

Council may invite all Respondents to change their submission to take into account any change in the tender specifications.
