ABOUT THE COUNCIL: The Gilgandra local government area is situated in the central west of NSW and covers an area of 4800 square kilometres, including the township of Gilgandra and three smaller villages of Tooraweenah, Armatree and Curban.

Gilgandra is located on the junction of the Newell, Oxley, and Castlereagh Highways. It is 432 km north-west of Sydney and 60 km north of Dubbo and is located approximately halfway on the inland route from Melbourne to Brisbane.

ABOUT THE TENDER: Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors who can provide a high standard of capability in the delivery of the infrastructure construction.

The Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
