Provision of Water Quality Monitoring, Sampling, Transport and Laboratory Analysis Services

North East Water invites tenders from suitably qualified and accredited Suppliers to provide end‑to‑end water quality monitoring services across its service region in North East Victoria.

The Services include routine and non‑routine sampling of drinking water, wastewater and environmental samples; transportation under compliant holding times, temperature controls and chain‑of‑custody protocols; NATA‑accredited laboratory analysis; data management and reporting (including validated results, exceedance notifications and electronic data outputs); and emergency / after‑hours response capability.

Services are to be delivered in accordance with regulatory requirements for drinking water quality, wastewater licence and EPA compliance monitoring, and operational monitoring programs.

Tenderers must demonstrate capability to service a regional area, accredited laboratory capacity, robust systems for sample integrity and logistics, ability to manage both routine and rapid‑response sampling, and strong safety, quality and environmental management systems.

The Contract is for an initial three (3) year term, with extension options.
