Church St Reserve Irrigation Upgrade

Norwood Payneham St Peters Council is seeking tenderers for the provision of an Irrigation System Upgrade on Church Street Reserve, Marden.

The Council has identified that the irrigation system for Church Street Reserve in Marden is due for renewal. Its existing condition is not up to current standard and does not meet efficient performance requirements.

To address this issue, irrigation system improvement works for Church Street Reserve have been designed and included in the 2025–2026 Works Program for construction. The proposed upgrade is expected to significantly enhance turf and landscape quality of the area and create a greener, more sustainable open space for the community.

The proposed upgrade includes, but not limited to the following: extension of irrigation system main-line, installation of new/additional Reduced Pressure Zone (RPZ) valves, replacement of the irrigation controller, new reclaimed water connection, and automatic irrigation system.
