Milang Tennis Court Reuse and Horseshoe Bay Beach Access

Alexandrina Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified consultants for the provision of services to prepare concept designs and detailed tender-ready documentation, including cost estimates, for two projects to be delivered under a single engagement.

The projects included within the scope of this engagement are:

1. Adaptive reuse of the Milang Tennis Courts

This project seeks to transform the existing tennis court site into a multi‑use community space that supports a range of recreational and social activities.

2. Upgrade of the beach access at Commodore Reserve, Horseshoe Bay, Port Elliot

The scope of this project includes reviewing and consolidating existing access points and improving connections from the car park to the beach, with a particular focus on achieving all‑abilities access.

The Tenderer shall provide the Services in accordance with the Specifications contained within Section D of the RFT documentation and Council will enter into an agreement for Services with the successful tenderer
