Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠TfNSW is inviting suitably experienced and qualified organisations to register their interest in the design and construction of the Fifteenth Avenue Upgrade between Cowpasture Road and Devonshire Road

Project goals

Design and Construct – Fifteenth Avenue Upgrade between Cowpasture Road and Devonshire Road (FAU)

Fifteenth Avenue falls within the Liverpool Local Government Area (LGA), and the upgrade will form a critical transit corridor from Liverpool to the Western Sydney International Airport and Bradfield City Centre. FAU will improve east-west capacity, safer travel conditions, and support the future rapid bus transit network, as identified in the Greater Sydney Services and Infrastructure Plan. Scope

To successfully register interest to participate in the Procurement Process for the project, organisations must follow the instructions outlined in the attached document titled “FAU – Registration of Interest Invitation”, including submission of the completed ROI Returnable Schedules and duly executed Corporate Confidentiality Deed Poll.

ROI Submissions must be submitted to TfNSW before the Closing Time and Date by email to: 15thAvenueProcurement@transport.nsw.gov.au

Additional details/instructions

Registrants must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.

Registrants must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement.

The FAU will be jointly funded by the Australian and NSW Governments.

It is a requirement for the project that the successful contractor be accredited under the Australian Government Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme (the Scheme) at the time of entering into the contract for ‘building work’ for the project and must maintain accreditation under the Scheme while the ‘building work’ is being carried out. Information on the Scheme is available on the Australian Government website at fsc.gov.au.
