⁠⁠⁠Activation of Spalding Park Clubrooms and Sports Courts

The City of Greater Geraldton is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from community groups, sporting clubs, or non-commercial operators interested in activating the former Spalding Park Tennis Club clubrooms and courts, located at 490 Chapman Road, Bluff Point for community use.

Submissions will be assessed based on community benefit, alignment with the City's Strategic Community Plan, and overall feasibility. Suitable proposals may be invited for further discussion.

A report will be presented to Council to consider the level of interest and determine the future direction for the site.
