Organisational Threat Profile

The ICT Modernisation Program, seeks to enhance the Department’s capability to proactively monitor ICT systems and data holdings and to effectively respond to anomalous or malicious activity. As part of this uplift, there will be a production of an Organisational Threat Profile (OTP) that outlines the threat actors targeting the Department, their motivations, associations, capabilities, tactics, and known indicators of compromise.

The OTP will also provide recommendations for risk reduction and mitigation. This information will integrate directly into CSOC operations, supporting improved detection, response, and overall cyber security resilience across the Department.
